CRAYFORD CURRY SCENE

As far as I can see, Crayford has four Indian restaurants in town (excluding take-aways). Near the station is Sher-E-Bangla, which I believe was Crayford's first. I went a long time ago and recall that it was an enjoyable formula curry. They also have a take-away branch in the village of Longfield. Moving into town the Crayford Tandoori is situated on Waterside, while further along the British Raj is on the hill in the High Street. The last of the quartet is Gandhi Spice, in London Road in what was originally a pub.
